GRACE & PEACE.

Grace and peace to me from God the Father and the Lord Jesus!  And for those in Jesus, grace and peace to all of us!

As a consequence of the grace and peace we have through Jesus, we are given every spiritual blessing in the spiritual realms.  As human spirits (human shaped “ghosts”) living in a biodegradable human body, the interaction with the spirit dimension and evil spirits is continual.  But now God is on our side through Jesus, and we are blessed with His Spirit in us, His angels helping us, and spiritual gifts given to us so that through those spiritual blessings we can have a good life.

Ephesian 1:7 - those blessing come to us because we have redemption and forgiveness of sins through the blood of Jesus.  In Jesus we are accepted.  That is the gospel.    The proof is the seal of the Holy Spirit, as well as the help to continue.  The gospel is that God has made a way for us through Jesus to be accepted by him.  It is not something we can earn - we can never be good enough.

Ephesians 1:21 says that Jesus is seated over all spirit dimension princes/governments, authority, power, lordships. The Bible defines the presence and type of evil spiritual authority and nature. It also says in Ephesian 2:1 that those spirit powers control the currents of this world through their influence so we live subject to our bodies, thoughts, and culture that is controlled by them.

The church are the people of God who are to work together and encourage each other with Jesus at the head leading – so that people can come out of death into life and also into a good life.

Defeat Your Saboteurs is for the purpose of teaching you about your unseen enemies, how they work, and what Jesus did and does to help you, and it explains your part in taking a good and abundant life.

The Kingdom of God

Kingdom of God. Mathew 16:19   “…I will give you the keys to the kingdom of God…”

In Mexico while on a fast, I saw Jesus standing and holding his kingdom.  I could “see through” both Jesus and his kingdom and they were perfect.  Jesus’ rule is something entirely different from this planet and how we live.  The kingdom is a real thing, it is Jesus’ rule.  It is not happening here, but it exists elsewhere and at a future time we will live in it.  It is amazing that we have the keys to that kingdom through telling of it, praying for people to be open to it, and binding and loosing, also we can do our best to live so people can see it through us.  Paul in Colossians 1:9 prayed that people will have spiritual intelligence to understand God's will and about the Kingdom.

God is not confused, He does not manifest as multiple Gods or declare multiple roads to himself.  An encounter with the spirit world or spirits is just that, an encounter - it is not God.

RESPONDING TO OFFENSES

The issue is never the offense, but how to respond to it. Because of everything God has forgiven you for, you have the obligation to forgive those who have offended you. And, to be blunt (the truth of this will set you free), you no longer have the right to withhold your forgiveness. Decide to forgive because Jesus forgave you; this should become the very core of your personhood.

The ability to forgive not only makes you human; the act of forgiveness is an extremely important part of the process of setting you free (and others free) and making you a warrior for God. Your lack of forgiveness is a spiritual tie (a connection to the spirit world) that binds you to life as it was before you knew Christ. It’s old (dead) news!

YOUR PART / GOD'S PART

God wants to train you to defend yourself, your family, and your loved ones. Defeat Your Saboteurs is God's message to you about how the spirit world operates and how to defend yourself.  I spent the equivalent of 4.5 years ten hours a day reading, fasting and meditating to get the understanding written into the book so that God can fulfill for you what King David learned and expressed in Psalm 144:

Praise be to the Lord my Rock,
who trains my hands for war,
    my fingers for battle.
He is my loving God and my fortress,
    my stronghold and my deliverer,

Don't be defenseless. Read the book and apply the lessons. God will not do your part; He will teach you what to do, but your victory depends on you doing you part. God always does His part.

THE POWER OF CHOICE

The greatness of God’s creation regarding man is choice. Unlike animals, humans have the ability to choose their courses. You are not like the ant (preprogrammed) or like a bear operating on instinct. You are not like a dog that reacts to its environment and becomes the sum of its input.
No matter what has happened to you, no matter how oppressed, you were given the power of transforming choice.
Our species alone can understand, reason, and make choices, the most important being to choose to forgive, to truly love. In this regard, you were created to be God’s image-bearer, to mirror love, forgiveness, grace and to choose that which is necessary for you to be just, true, pure, and holy.

GRACE & JUDGMENT

Reading Isaiah and what Jesus says in Mathew, the Law of God stated in the Old Testament of the Bible is totally in effect. That is why the world will be destroyed, and the reason for disease and death.  Nations come and go and convulse – as they are doing now. God is judging and allowing the results and consequences of evil to happen, while specifically dealing with sin. The Law of God is based upon God’s character and standards.  Note though, that even under the strict application of the Law, there was a measure of grace through repentance – signaling a greater measure of grace (forgiveness and blessing) in the future.

In Jesus, on the individual level, God turned back the clock to Adam in a number of ways. Jesus took our pains and infirmities, so we can be well. Jesus’ death allowed us to be purified so that the Holy Spirit can live inside us.  We thus became connected to Life – God is Life and Life flows into our spirit, soul and body. Also, if we will put ourselves in a position to listen through Bible, prayer and fasting, He will advise us and we can escape much that would otherwise happen to us.

Individual Grace is there through Jesus. The grace of the love of God was apparent through the tolerance and continual warning of Israel to repent preached by the Old Testament prophets. In grace God changed his judgment when repentance occurred – that is one of the big lessons of Judges. But the fullness of the flow of God into man came through Jesus. We do have a better contract with God. On the individual level the contract is personal and comes through confession of sin and by faith through stating and claiming the promises of God all along.

The key element of grace through Jesus is that we are forgiven when we confess our sin, we can pass our punishment to Jesus, and have grace to continue in God’s blessing while he and we work on changing outside behavior. We have room to move.

God’s treatment of nations, I think, mostly exists as it did under the old contract with Israel. Do right and prosper, do wrong and be judged and destroyed. Nations prosper based upon implementing the love preached in the Bible, both towards God and each other. Muslims don’t prosper, for their gospel is war and division. The USSR failed by denying God. China is becoming Christian as the Gospel grows there. The US still preaches getting along and helping each other – the Christian heritage, also a measure of doing right and honesty. One of the big changes through Jesus is that when a nation repents in its collective heart – there is forgiveness and grace while the heart repentance can be worked out in actions and change. The hand of judgment is taken away or modified.  We can see this, as mentioned, even in the Old Testament, but it is much greater under Jesus.

In spite of grace, as the end draws near, the world will destroy itself and be destroyed. I think it is Isaiah who mentions that the good and evil will be caught in the destruction. All will be caught in the net of destruction, but those connected to Life will go on and live with God, and those not connected will never connect with Him. That is Hell in all its divisions and levels of punishment.  Grace through Jesus gives us escape from eternal judgment.  He is the only escape. We cannot ever earn God’s approval except through faith in believing Jesus saves us.

GOOD & EVIL: THE WAR

The lack of compassion and the ongoing conceit, evil doing, witchcraft, lies about life, and ill-used knowledge are all components of what brought judgment on Babylon.  Read Isaiah 47.  For these reasons God brought war and brokenness on Babylon.

Only the most blind cannot see the war between good and evil.  Regardless of any other factor… God does not approve of evil. But in judgment, He will let mankind fall into judgment and the evil reaped by those who do it.

Do right.

Love God and mankind and do the right thing in heart and mind - don’t dwell on darkness.

Many books, both fiction and nonfiction, deal with large-scale good and evil, as well as personal temptation on a smaller scale. What are some authors that you have seen do so? J.R.R. Tolkien is one example.
