The lack of compassion and the ongoing conceit, evil doing, witchcraft,
lies about life, and ill-used knowledge are all components
of what brought judgment on Babylon. Read Isaiah 47. For these reasons God
brought war and brokenness on Babylon.
Only the most blind cannot see the war between good and
evil. Regardless of any other factor… God does not approve of evil.
But in judgment, He will let mankind fall into judgment and the evil reaped by
those who do it.
Do right.
Love God and mankind and do the right thing in heart and mind - don’t
dwell on darkness.
Many books, both fiction and nonfiction, deal with large-scale good
and evil, as well as personal temptation on a smaller scale. What are some
authors that you have seen do so? J.R.R. Tolkien is one example.
